For creators
How do I start earning?+
Sign up as a creator, connect at least one social account, then browse open missions. When you find one that fits your niche, apply with a short pitch. If the brand approves you, post the content, submit the link, and you get paid when the brand approves your submission.
How much do I get paid, and when?+
Each mission shows its payout up front. When a brand approves your submission, 95% of the payout lands in your Missions wallet instantly (Missions keeps a 5% platform fee). From your wallet you can cash out to your bank through Stripe.
How do cash-outs work?+
The first time you cash out, you'll set up a Stripe Express account (takes about 2 minutes; Stripe handles identity verification and bank details). After that, payouts go straight to your bank.
What's a reputation score?+
Your reputation is scored 0-100 and grows as you complete missions, keep streaks going, and earn badges. Brands see it when reviewing applications, so a higher score means more approvals.
What happens if a brand flags my submission?+
Brands can flag fraudulent submissions. One flag is a warning, a second suspends your account for 7 days, and a third is a permanent ban. If you believe a flag was unfair, email hello@onmissions.fun to appeal.
What is a pitch message?+
Some brands set a pitch price that lets you send them a direct message that's guaranteed to be seen. You pay the price the brand set; the brand keeps 95% of it. If a brand hasn't set a price, they can't be pitched.
For brands
How do I post a mission?+
Create a brand account, then hit "New mission." Describe the content you want, set the payout per creator, the number of slots, the platform, and a deadline. Fund the mission through Stripe and it goes live to matching creators immediately.
How does funding and escrow work?+
You fund the full mission budget (payout × slots) plus a 15% service fee up front via Stripe. The funds sit in escrow and are only released to creators when you approve their submissions. Money never moves without your approval.
How do I pick creators?+
Creators apply to your mission with a pitch. On each applicant you'll see their reputation score, follower reach, niche, badges, and an AI-generated profile with brand-safety signals. Approve the ones you want; reject the rest.
What are the safety scores?+
Every creator gets an automated brand-safety scan covering content tone, language, controversy risk, disclosure compliance, and engagement authenticity, generated from public web data and refreshed regularly.
What if a creator submits fake or plagiarized work?+
Don't approve it. No payment is released. You can also flag the submission as fraudulent, which puts a strike on the creator's account. Three strikes is a permanent ban.
Can creators message me?+
Only if you let them. Set a pitch price in your brand settings and creators pay that price to send you a message. You keep 90% of it. Leave it unset and nobody can pitch you.
